Sign in as a parent → Family → Delete my account. If you're the last parent in the family, this permanently deletes the whole family: parent and child profiles, AI storybooks, voice recordings, reading history and push tokens.
Email support@story-link.com.au from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my StoryLink account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
The shared public library of StoryLink books is unaffected (it contains no personal data). De-identified error diagnostics contain nothing that can be linked back to you.
